Look who’s here!!! The Demon-Like 797-HP Dodge Challenger Hellcat Redeye
Dodge stopped the production of the 840-horsepower 2018 Dodge Challenger Demon, a month ago. However, if you failed to see it, there will be a new chance which the Moper boys planned for 2019. The Dodge Challenger SRH Hellcat Redeye is the new name. It uses a version of Demon’s engine without being accompanied with racing-specific harmonious adjustments, so its rate is 797hp.
It can be found with or without the Hellcat’s Demon – inspired bumpers, which first appeared as a Hellcat option last year. The Redeye is one of the three variations of new Challenger planned for 2019. The other two alternatives involve the 485-hp Hemi V8 – powered Challanger R/T Scat Pack Widebody, which now has the characteristics of the Damon’s widebody bumper angles, wheels and tires which are wider, six-piston Brembo brakes which are larger and aluminum hood which has a single air intake.
Challenger SRT Hellcat is in the middle, which has new hood from the Redeye, and the cols air intake provides an increase of the Hallcat’s power to 717 hp which is for 10 hp more than the original 707 hp.
The Redeye initiates, comes forward to 60 mph in3.4 seconds , quarter mile in 10.8 seconds and knocks off to top speed of 203 mph. The improved Hellcat now blows, bursts through the quarter mile in 10.9 seconds in widebody trim (11.2 seconds are necessary for the regular model). Their roles has turned around for top speed. The narrower (limited) car penetrate through the air at 199 mph, while with the fatter Widebody acceleration stops at 195 mph.
There are no information for the price and when it will be available. According to Dodge the Challenger R/T Scat Pack Widebody will cost around $ 40,000 providing that BDE for within-reach money.
