The 2019 Ford Mustang Bullitt With 475HP Is The Strong Beast
The 2019 Ford Mustang which Steve McQueen had been driving in “Bullitt” has become a strong and dominant brand. Although it was put aside The Bullitt Mustang is great and tremendous.
Now it is back with the look we already are familiar with – dark green paint, wheels which are black mag, blacked-out exhaust tips and badging which is minimal.
Not so minimal according to our tastes – the cross-hair emblem on the rear fascia is quite bigger than it needs to be. The 2019 Ford Mustang Bullitt is the best looking version of the latest Mustang. Small changes had been introduced.
There are small improvements that include instrument panel graphics, specific dash stitching and a unique pattern for the standard seats. What makes this 2019 Ford Mustang the meanest shy of a GT350 are the mechanical changes.
The 5.0-liter V8 now has a larger throttle body and special intake for at least a 15-hp hits the 460-hp GT.
Carl Widman chief engineer said that they knew they were over 475 hp and they were still going through the final tuning to try to push that. A manual with six speeds is the only transmission.
Ford’s 10-speed automatic may have made a quicker and easier acceleration, but that, however, should not worry you. There is the regular, typical active exhaust.
This 2019 Ford Mustang Bullitt will have a distinct growl and that would be the first introduced since 2008. Top speed is now 163 mph and it is now for 8mph faster than before.
The Bullitt carries this suspension and brake upgrades from the GT’s Performance Pack –Brembo brakes with larger rotors, Michelin PS4 summer tires.
What is optional are the Magnetorheological dampers. According to Widman, Bullitt is a different kind of car. He refers to a different kind of car than the original.
Now the vibes are more powerful. For the Mustang development team “Bullitt” is solely a byword for “cool, awesome, classy, refined, underestimated system and setup”. Steve McQueen’s 30-year-old granddaughter, the Molly, was also personally introduced the “Bullitt”.
The price hasn’t been set yet and it hasn’t been announced how much you should pay for one of this epochal car but it is expected that it will split the difference between a well-equipped GT (about $40,000 nowadays) and the Shelby GT350 ($58,045). This summer goes on sale.
